GREY FABRICS (100% COTTON)
Cotton is used across categories because of its benefits. At Lakshmi Mills, we use various weaving techniques so every demand is met. Cotton grey fabrics are used by a number of industries, and we customise these according to the needs of that particular industry - in twill, canvas, rib stop, herringbone weave, Bedford cords, corduroys, sateen weave etc. We also offer contamination-free fabrics like Egyptian cotton fabrics and Supima certified cotton fabrics.
GREY FABRICS (PC-BLENDS)
Cotton polyester grey fabric has low shrinkage rates and is resistant to pilling. We also make CVC (Chief Value Cotton) fabrics. CVC fabric is a result of polyester and cotton blending in a particular proportion. Interwoven CVC fabrics are characterised by an enlarged percentage of cotton yarn that provides better hygienic properties in comparison with TC fabrics and better strength characteristics in comparison with 100% cotton fabrics.
GREY FABRICS (COTTON LYCRA)
We manufacture high-quality Stretch Cotton Lycra fabrics, that are used in sportswear and lingerie - swimsuits, wetsuits, active wear, bras, legging, socks, underwear, and sportswear.
PROCESSED FABRICS
These are fabrics that undergo a well-defined bleaching process where the stabilised oxidising agent (hydrogen peroxide) whitens the fibre by destroying the present natural coloring matter in the fabric. Here, we also ensure that proper finish is achieved through the bleaching process. We also doing mercerisation with zero/zero finish.
DYED FABRICS
Our dyed fabrics are used for apparel and in the home textile fields. We deliver customisations that are specific to client needs. They are available in a wide range of colours and in different finishes. The smooth and consistent tone-on-tone texture makes this fabric one of the finest in the market.
BED LINEN
Our 100% cotton bed sheets and PC-blended bed sheets are available from 180 to 600 thread count Percale Cotton. We also have cotton sateen bed sheets. The range is available in a palette of colours, in charming themes and exquisite patterns.
SCHOOL AND CORPORATE UNIFORMS
We offer students, schools, colleges, corporates and institutions excellent quality uniforms at affordable rates. We have a wide range of fabrics in 100% cotton, polyester cotton and polyester viscose for this segment.
